• In March Holmenkollen announced that superstar Rihanna was booked into one of their big headliners, and today it became clear that the man who provided the Barbados-singer’s mega-hit “Umbrella,” The-Dream will also come to Oslo to give one of his very rare and exclusive live performances, on Friday June 29 along with Rihanna.

The-Dream is still of course much, much more than just the manufacturer behind the aforementioned “Umbrella”, and has in recent years has been behind a series of hit songs for numerous artists, including Beyonce (“Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It”) Justin Bieber (“Baby”), Mariah Carey, Usher, Brandy, Diddy, Ciara. Since 2007, The-Dream also kept it going as a solo artist. Last year, dropped 34-year-old also free album, 1977, which was hailed by a combined music press and hailed as one of the year’s best albums.

- With The-Dream on Friday we have a really solid R & B / hip-hop program. We’re talking here about a man who has been to characterize popular music in recent years to such a degree with the songs he helped write and produce. So it only remains to see if he or Rihanna will visit each other’s performances, said Kollen’s booking managers, Paul Jacobsen.

Fun fact: The-Dream actually planned several European festivals this summer, but decided finally to just play the same places as Rihanna.

June, where one in three scenes would recreating cheers roar one would otherwise only experience during the World Cup skiing, and create a musical celebration for the whole country. • Melissa and Rihanna are still in London, where they today were spotted taking a helicopter ride [to an unknown location].

Rihanna was supposed to fly back to the US this morning to rehearse for the upcoming performance at the American Idol finale on Wednesday next week. To her choreographer HiHatprod, she apologized for getting an extra day off. They will start rehearsing as soon as Rihanna is back in the states.

The singer will make an appearance as a fashion adviser during the search for a talented designer, which also features Nicola Roberts and Henry Holland. Cole visited the East London set of the show after returning from Las Vegas earlier this week, The Mirror reports.

The winner of the programme will design a stage outfit for Rihanna, also the show’s executive producer, which she will wear when she headlines this year’s Wireless Festival.

• “I am so excited to be working with Rihanna on finding a new British up-and-coming designer. I was so flattered when she asked me to work with her on this show,” Roberts has said of her new role. “I’m so excited for us to get started on finding a new up-and-coming British designer who just needs a chance, a little bit of help in getting their skills noticed.”

Afterwards RiRi and Jen partied at the club DSTRKT, where the afterparty for Jay-Z’s managers birthday, Ty Ty Smith, was held. Celebrities such as Stella McCartney, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kim Kardashian, Rita Ora, Jay-Z and Kanye West  were a few of the guests.

“Only 150 people were invited and every guest had to carry an appropriate form of identity or they were not getting through the doors” a source says. Rihanna and Jennifer left the club early this morning (20th).
