Scope out Rihanna’s new commercial for Gucci!

Gucci creative director Frida Giannini has said, “I wanted Rihanna on board with this project because she’s so young, so modern, and so iconic.”

Rihanna adds, “I have always been a fan of the Gucci brand and the products, especially their handbags. But most of all, I’m very very intrigued by what they’re doing with UNICEF. As an artist, I feel like it’s our duty to make it a better place if we can. I’m blown away by what UNICEF has been able to accomplish in Africa with the money that Gucci has donated to them. I’m very fortunate to be part of this wonderful collaboration.”

25% of all handbag proceeds from the “Tattoo Heart Collection” will benefit UNICEF.

Rihanna Faints, Rushed To Paramedics

Rihanna passed out on stage during her concert earlier today (November 7th) at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

Here’s how it went down: The 20-year-old Bajan beauty was performing her smash hit “Umbrella”, the last song of her concert. She had just come down from flying around on a harness. Beau Chris Brown joined her on stage for the final performance of the night. Rihanna was then seen hunching over and signaling that she wasn’t feeling well. Rihanna then ran off stage, where paramedics rushed to her side. Chris continued to finish singing the song and then rushed backstage to Rihanna’s side.

The concert ended without any mention of what exactly happened. Watch the video footage below! Let’s hope that Rihanna is stable now and on the road to a speedy recovery. Get well soon, RiRi!!!

Rihanna tops Ocean Style Magazine’s 51 Most Beautiful List

THE Premiere glossy fashion and lifestyle magazine in the Caribbean, Ocean Style Magazine, has released its ‘The 51 Most Beautiful People List’ and Barbados’ singing star Rihanna is number one.

The list reflects a wide range of talented individuals who are mega stars and may be a surprise to many, as most of them are from the Caribbean.

The magazine’s criteria for the list is said to be a combination of physical attractiveness and beauty, personal character and substantive achievement along with reflecting the individual’s ethnic diversity, culture, values and ambition.

Rihanna heads the list that features other singers including Lenny Kravitz (7), Leona Lewis (11), Shaggy (18), Wyclef Jean (22), Mel B from the Spice Girls (26), Damian ‘Jr. Gong’ Marley (30), Sean Paul (34), Machel Montano (40), Faye-Ann Lyons (46) and Tami Chin (51).
