Rihanna To Be In Upcoming Relief Broadcast ‘Hope for Haiti Now’

Rihanna is taking the step in performing at the Hope for Haiti Now Telethon on Friday (today) January 22 at 8PM ET/PT! Singing a new song “Stranded” with the one and only Jay-ZThe Edge of U2, and  Bono to raise money! Upset as Rihanna was on her interview with Fredrik Skavlan on an Oslo talk show to show depth sorrow. 

“In the Caribbean, we think of ourselves as ONE big family, one country. We’re all together. We all represent each other,” Rihanna explained on the show.  

“It’s like it happened to Barbados,” she mentioned.

From the telethon, donations will be sent to the Oxfam America and Partners in Health and UNICEF to help a massive struck that will be broadcasted today at 8PM ET/PT on Cnn.

    So true, we Caribbean people do think we are one family, with our own unique customs and languages. I grew up in Barbados and just want to wish the Haiti people all the best, such a sad situation.
