It’s been eight months since R&B singer, Rihanna was attacked by her then boyfriend, singer, Chris Brown. Rihanna hasn’t said much about the attack and her reps also have stayed pretty mum. “She justs wants her life to return to normal” a family friend said.
It is clear that Rihanna does not want to see herself as a victim of domestic abuse. She sees herself strong, sexy, beautiful, talented. All of those things her record label wants her be. So it’s no surprise that Rihanna’s new album cover of her topless, in barbed wire has hit the Internet and media outlets everywhere has stirred a little buzz.
Rihanna’s new album, titled, “Rated R” seems appropiate, due in stores Nov. 23.
A lot of Rihanna’s fans are young girls and I wonder how they are going to react. Is this album cover good for Rihanna’s image or in poor taste?
