Chris Brown’s Courthearing – Postponed Til’ End Of August

Chris Brown’s sentence has been delayed until August 27th at 2 PM PT.

That means that RiRi’s request didn’t get a respond from the judge, but will august 27th.

The reason for the delay … the judge said she wants Brown to perform Caltrans-type work — hard labor — for his community service. The plan for the community service in Virginia was not fully in place, so the judge wants to see the full schedule at the end of the month.

The judge wants to know what Brown will be doing for his community service — 90% of the community service is accounted for but the remaining 10% needs to be locked down.

Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, says Brown has not violated the stay away order.
He also responded a few questions about the court hearing and Rihanna.

“We were obviously hoping that all proceedings would be concluded today. We’re just going to have to wait until Aug. 27,” said Etra, adding that Rihanna “is doing great.”

    Okay…I hope they do except Rihanna’s request, they seem so lost when they’re apart. I think them getting back together will be a good thing. We just have to pray that he’s smartened up and that he’s in control of his actions and his emotions when it comes to any situation like this.

    ri you be cool and don’t let them get you caught uo in no jail house rock make for sure thst you stay out of the way of the eye of the storm until this blows over, because there are people praying that you get caught up and end up in jail, they would love that since so many people has did all that they though that they could to make you getting hurt your own fault and you have showed that you want it to just go away., and he has said that he was sorry and if you are alright with that then all of the rest of us needs to let it go also, we are watching how you are feeling and acting you are special and are moving on and thats good ri people wants you down and out and you have got to let them know that all is well and try and knock their false teeth out and blow their skirt tails all the way up to their heads and keep on pushing.

    you do not have to get even but you can make your life better for you because you have the making of a great star and once your light on the big screen lights all the way up theres not going to be nott stopping you, and we wait and we look and we pray that you reach as high as you can reach into the sky, because if you think it, you can do it.a lot of people lose site of where they are going and their light burns out always keep your head clear on what you want and what route you are going to take to achieve your ultimate goal.

    riri remember me saying that people always see you going on about your business, out to eat, are to the studio, spa are where ever i have tmz on and there you are getting out of a utility vehile and they was saying that we always snaps rihanna and all she does is smil and girl you was trying to hold that beatiful floral dress down as you walked and you was laughting your butt off and they was having a good time .
