Rihanna wants people at home to know that she is “okay”.
Her message to Barbados, delivered by a close friend, comes one day after her (ex) boyfriend Chris Brown was charged with a felony in connection with a domestic violence incident.
Her grandmother, Clara Brathwaite, told the DAILY NATION yesterday: “I don’t want people to worry. Rihanna is fine and she is doing well.”
She denied claims by some media outlets that Rihanna had a broken nose.

It’s nice too see a site updating about this situation in such a professional manner. The story is still gray, and I’m not going to be quick to judge a person. Just wishing Rihanna well and a speedy recovery.
Rihanna does not amuse me that much. I knew from the start that those too weren’t made for each other. I am not one of those girls who are obsessed with Chris Breezy either, so don’t come shooting at me. I am glad the girls okay though. But Chris REALLY suprises me. He’s one of the people who you would think is nice and cool. I wonder what started the fight anyway…

I apologize, I’m juz anxious 2c wat all tha noise is about! Is it REALLY as bad as some are saying? Yea I kno she ended up in tha ER, but she’s a celeb! Extra precautions have 2b taken!!! She wuz released pretty quick soooo, it wuznt anything “life-threatening”! Now supposedly, her grandmother is saying a “bloody nose” wuzn’t ever 1 of her injuries . . . 
WOW! So I took a long time to actually comment as I waited on CNN and other reputable sources.. I believe that there was a fair obvious confrontation between the two, and it have negative impacts, leading to arrest, and hospitalization. HOWEVER, all the rumors and speculations have been highly dramatized… OMG!
I have heard so MANY stories about what happened, according to “sources”(which don’t exist), from the story that she threw a flower pot at him, to the story that he picked up some other girl in the car. I feel that people are becoming wayyyyyyyy too attached. My girlfriend is a big chris brown fan, and I had to talk some sense into her. People actin’ like this is the end of the world. We know NOTHING as to what led to this, all we know is that it happened, and now they are both going to have to rebuild their image, primarily Mr. Brown. I say, people are only going to continue to make up stories when they feel that either side is being portrayed negatively…
My advice to the objective people, is to follow is keenly through reputable sources like CNN, MSNBC, FOXNEWS, and a few others. These blogs who are posting, “my girl has the inside scoop” are only making things looks worse.. I take it with a grain of salt, cause I must admit, I read it, and get a good ass laugh.
Best of luck Mr. Brown, hope you release a statement soon, so we can cut down the rumors.
