The events/news surrounding the recent domestic incident between Chris Brown & Rihanna keep getting crazier and crazier. Keep in mind, the information you are about to read is still not confirmed, but from sources of illseed @ ALLHIPHOP.com. According to illseed’s sources Rihanna and Chris Brown actually broke up days before the Grammy’s but their reps wanted them to “pretend to be together.” All was well, until Chris Brown started talking to another girl, got her number, and invited her to follow him to a party. Sources say, Rihanna was not happy about it, and thus the argument began. They later go on to say, that Rihanna took her anger out on the “girl” and somewhere in the mist of the chaos someone got hit in the eye (but the source could not identify if that person was Rihanna or the “girl”). I don’t know about all of this but it would be nice if Chris Brown and/or Rihanna released some type of statement soon, so everyone can stop speculating. However, I doubt they will give details on what we really want to know anyway since the media is now saying, Rihanna is silent and not cooperating with the LAPD anymore because she does not want to file criminal charges against Chris. Rihanna cooperating with police in assault investigations.

According to the LAPD, they are still investigating the situation as a criminal threats charge, there maybe be domestic violence charges added later (it depends on the District Attorney).
They have named Rihanna as the woman involved in the incident, and on the 911 calls reported “a woman screaming shortly after midnight.” Sources say, Chris fled the scene on foot and police found facial contusions and bite marks on the victims arm and also impounded his rented Lamborghini.
Wrigley’s also announced that they “…have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved.”

According TMZ:
Law enforcement sources tell us even though the police report in the Chris Brown arrest refers to assault with a deadly weapon, there was no weapon involved in the alleged attack. The police report cites Penal Code Section 245 — Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
However, we’re told there was no weapon involved. We had been hearing there was an umbrella in the car — which would have been the most ironic thing ever — but again… no weapon is alleged. By the way, a persons foot or other body part can be considered a deadly weapon depending on the circumstances. One law enforcement source who has been dead-on so far claims Rihanna suffered contusions and bite marks.

Around 1 A.M. (Feb 7th) Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted at a gas station in L.A. before his arrest. Check out photos below and VIEW VIDEO HERE!
Also, Rihanna has blamed her no-show at the Grammy Awards on a traffic mishap, according to reports. Her spokeswoman insists the singer was caught up in an unspecified traffic problem, according to E! Online.
However, according to Hollywoodscope:
The LAPD just named Rihanna the victim in the Chris Brown assault case. The couple was seen getting into a car together late last night. They got into an argument on North June Street, according to a Los Angeles Police Department statement. Chris Brown stopped the car, the two got out, and the argument escalated, according to police. A witness called 911 and Chris left the scene before LAPD arrived. [...] The pair drove into a parking lot behind the police station on Venice Boulevard just east of La Brea Avenue in a black Cadillac Escalade. They entered through a back door where a posted sign read “authorized personnel only.” Police are expected to release a statement later this evening.
There are also reports that Chris Brown could do 9 years in prison. Even though, he was booked for criminal threats, it was reported that the victim had “visible injuries.” Law enforcement sources told TMZ they typically book a suspect for the most serious crime they can be charged with — it’s then up to the D.A. to file any additional charges. Given there were allegedly visible injuries, the crime of making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison. Domestic abuse is four years.

TMZ has confirmed Rihanna is the named alleged victim in the Chris Brown case and the allegation is that she was assaulted with a deadly weapon.
Law enforcement sources tell us the crime report calls the incident assault with a deadly weapon — we do not yet know the nature of the weapon.
The crime report gives the victim’s name as Robyn Fenty — that’s Rihanna’s real name.

As everyone probably knows, it was reported earlier that Chris Brown surrendered to LAPD on Sunday evening, was taken into custody at 6:30 p.m., and was officially booked at 7:41 p.m. He later was released on a $50,000 bond. Supposedly, he had an “altercation” with Rihanna and physically abused her. In turn, they both were no-shows at the Annual 51st Grammy Awards show.
TMZ has found out that Chris Brown was charged with 1 felony count of criminal threats which is a “crime of words” rather than conduct! So, it is highly probable that Rihanna did not incur any physical abuse…and it was probably just a lover’s quarrel that got out of hand – and the media blew it way out of proportion!!! Hopefully, Chris Brown and/or Rihanna will release a statement soon, so we can hear their side of the story.

If it was just a lovers spat, then why would the police say that the unidentified young woman had visible signs of bruising. what she stood there and hit herself to implicate him. yes there are 2 sides to every story, but clearly there was type of incident. Yes he’s a “star” he’s also human, and not exempt from the law. If it wasn’t nothing, why didn’t he stay until the police came to give his side of the story?? It makes sense right? Well I hope the truth comes out. If it’s Rihanna, i hope she opens her eyes and leave. She doesn’t need a man to justify her, she’s doing good all by herself. If it isn’t Rihanna, I pray that this young lady, doesn’t let anything slide because he’s a “star” speak the truth, let yourself be heard. It’s not cool to be abused…man or woman.
