RIHANNA TAKES IT EASY IN 2008

Rihanna plans to take it easy for the rest of 2008, so she doesn’t feel like the exhausted zombie she was at the 2008 Grammy Awards.
The 20-year-old singer admits she barely remembers picking up an award at the 10 February (08) ceremony, because she was so tired.
And she’s determined to enjoy some of her success this year, telling Elle magazine, “I already told everyone in my camp, ‘This year, I’m not going to work like a horse.’
“In 2007 I didn’t really get to enjoy anything that I achieved, because I was moving, moving, moving.”
She admits she couldn’t even take in her Grammy night success for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration - even when partner Jay-Z asked her how she felt.
She adds, “Jay was asking me, `How does it feel? How does it feel? How does it feel?’ I was like, ‘When I get home and I lock my room and there’s silence, I’ll tell you how I feel then.’”

Lol at her response to Jay-Z! hahaha… Rihanna you should have asked him how does your hand in his face feel, when on the stage giving your speech.

A little advice for Rihanna… Don’t take a break right now!! Someone might just come and take your spot during that break…

That’s what the entertainment business is all about. WORKING HARD, CONTINUOUSLY! But, it’s very important, for the entertainer and their health, 2 not OVER DO IT. Resting is jus as important as working hard. So I agree w/ Rihanna, she should definitely take it easy and rest for a while.
jjj brought up a good point though. If she rests for 2 long, someone jus may come along and take her spot. Simliar to T.I.’s prison situation slowing him down and Lil Wayne stepping in and TAKING OVER in every way he can. . . So, I agree w/ that point. But, @tha same time, I know Rihanna would jus comeback and BLOW’EM ALL OUT THA PICTURE!!!
In fact, I think her taking a break and coming back w/ a song explosively hot, would only add MORE recognition 2 her than she has right now!
So, taking a break is not only helpful to her physically and mentally, but it’s also GREAT STRATEGIZING!

i agree with Rihanna that she needs a break…and I’m sure that no one will take her spot..there’s no other Rihanna in the world.She’s the best!
