Label Advised Rihanna Against Hair Cut

Just yesterday, Rihanna sported some longer locks than we’ve been seeing for the last few months. During an interview with Allure magazine, the Barbados beauty admitted that her label was actually against her chopping off her hair.

“The label [Def Jam] didn’t want me to do this look,” she tells Allure. “But cutting my hair, it made me stand out as an artist. I don’t care who likes it ? ?  this is me.”

Rihanna continues to say that her bob has inspired many people back home.

“My friends still live in Barbados,” she says. “They let me know that everyone asks for the “Rihanna haircut.’”

The bob really looks great on Rihanna and hopefully the extensions she had on yesterday were just temporary and she will go back to the sexy bob. She definitely does stand out more with her short do.
